i was shocked to find only two pillows in my room, far below the comforting four i expected. not to mention, the pool was closed! it’s an absolute disgrace in these times. i almost left a glowing review, but i didn’t even receive a simple welcome gift to ease my disappointment.

The hot tub was nice, but the pool was a bit too grimy for my liking.

The property is conveniently located near popular spots like the Kootenay Rockies and not far from the local golf courses, which was a bonus for our family trip. We had a lovely time exploring the area, especially enjoying the nearby attractions.

This was just a fitting option for a city holiday in Cranbrook with good value. The air conditioner worked fine but could be a bit noisy, so I kept it off at night. Try asking for extra pillows if you find two are not enough.
